Recipe for Wine and Foodies Dessert Dec.3rd (paired with 2013 Soulea):

Mix together 1.5 Cups and .5 Cup Sugar
Add 1tsp Vanilla and 2 Eggs–Mix
Add 1tsp Cream of Tartar, 1/2tsp Baking Soda, 1/4tsp Salt, 1/2Cup Unsweetened Cocoa–Mix
Add 2.5Cups Flour–Mix just til incorporated.
Toss in 3TBL Sugar and 1TBL Cinnamon
