Schmidt wines are predominantly estate grown with an eye towards quality rather than quantity.

We produce an abundant variety of small lots that give our customers and wine club members access to an interesting and ever-changing array of wines.

Our white varieties are predominantly aged in stainless steel. White varieties include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Alberino, Viognier, Pinot Gris, and Gewurztraminer. Our red varieties are aged approximately 18 months in imported French Oak Barrels.

Our site allows us to specialize in red Bordeaux varieties with superb Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. In addition, our location on the Kubli Bench produces a rich Syrah and Zinfandel. Our red blended wine called Soulea (a blend of family names) is a customer favorite.
