It’s a Vinted Wonderland in the Applegate

You’ve gone wine tasting.  You sat in a warm craftsman style building, cozied up with your loved ones in front of a fire.  Placed delicately on a vintage chest, is your sharable carafes filled with six different red wines. You sip each one, reading the technical notes, tasting notes, and the notes from each others faces.  You find the one. It is the most delicious wine you’ve ever had.  You NEED to bring it home.

Here are some ways to make sure that wine is as good at home as it was in the tasting room.

  • Enjoy it on a special occasion  - wine always pairs with memorable moments

  • Share it with others

  • Make sure it is being served at the right temperature

  • Use good quality glasses with a size and shape appropriate for the wine you have

  • Take the time to decant the wine

  • Pair it with appropriate food (we love to talk about how the right food can enhance your wine)

  • Get the atmosphere right, the right music, décor and lighting go a long way

  • Store it properly in the time between purchase and enjoying

  • Most importantly take the time slow down and be present to take in all the aromas and flavors just as you did when you tasted the first time.
