Wine, Wine and more WINE!

Over the next few months we are going to harvest our 21 varietals from our estate vineyard along with Riesling from Pavo Real Vineyards.  We will then make all those 22 varietals into their own single varietal expressions.  I know, 22 varietals! wow! but wait there's more!

In addition we will take some of it and make at least 3 sparkling wines,  5 red blends, 2 rosé's, 2 white blends and 1 dessert wine.  That means we produce roughly 35 different bottles of wine per year which I know, is a lot, but wait there's more.

We also have multiple vintages available in the tasting room along with library wines.  We, right now have 63 different wines available in the tasting room.  Now, some come and go very quickly due to the small lot size.  Others stick around for quite some time because we are getting a bigger harvest and are able to offer them over a longer timespan.  It’s also worth saying that we release 2-4 new wines every month.

The most important part of all of this rambling is that we have 12 wines and 4 dessert wines available for tasting every week in the tasting room.  The wines for tasting change weekly so you can pretty much be sure that every time you step into the tasting room you will be able to try something you haven't already had.  In other words, don't be a stranger!
