We just released our 2022 Ne’s Rosé and that means we currently have 3 still and 1 sparkling for a total of 4 Rosés available to enjoy at the perfect time of year. Lets take a quick minute to see what the differences are between them.
2022 Ne's Rosé is clean, modern and made from Tempranillo harvested in 2022. It is not your average fruity Rosé. It is clean with an acid balance that keeps it fresh and crisp and brings orange citrus to mind. It is light to medium bodied and has subtle watermelon and strawberry notes with a minerality that adds complexity and balance. This wine would be perfect to enjoy at Friday Night Music on a warm summer evening.
2021 Pink is our staple Rosé we have been producing for a number of years with plenty of accolades. It is made from Pinot Noir and has a wonderful PINK color with a subtle sweetness. The nose is full of strawberries with a bit of minerality. The flavor is full of fruit like strawberries and cherries with a touch of pithy bitterness from having 2 hours of skin contact. This is such a nice Rosé that is sure to please Rosé fans everywhere. Not to sweet, not to dry, this wine is the perfect pairing for almost anyone relaxing late in summer.
Wilderness Rosé is a sweet wine with tons of watermelon flavor. It is made from Pinot Noir and a splash of Zinfandel and has a wonderful blush color. This Rosé is sweet but not overly so. It has a nice fruity, cotton candy nose with a decent amount of pithiness or minerality to keep it interesting. It has hard candy flavors with a long watermelon finish. This wine is fun and sure to put a smile on your face. Perfect for a summer day on the lawn!
2021 Sparkling Rosé is made from Pinot Noir and force carbonated in a bright tank. This method gives you a sparkling wine that is crisp, fresh, and bubbly. This Rosé has a clean nose with strawberry and watermelon notes. On the mouth it is crisp with tiny delicate bubbles. It is light and has a subtle sweetness with a good balance of of minerality and orange citrus. This Rosé is perfect for any celebration or when you just want something refreshing and sparkling.
