2021 Sparkling Rosé

This "perfect for summer" Rosé was made from Pinot Noir.  We brought the fruit in while it was still cool outside to make a nice delicate wine.  The juice spent about 2 hours on the skins to create a lovely coral or flamingo color and a nice clean mouthfeel.  We then fermented it in stainless to keep it clean, crisp and fresh.  Then we force carbonated which helped to maintain those clean qualities.

Now we enjoy it paired with sunny evenings, friends, family and vacation!
